Flow Assurance
Cybernetix Oil&Gas proposes a range of complementary solutions dedicated to flow assurance purposes related to deep offshore exploitation. Our solutions are non-intrusive and dimensioned to resist 20 years immersions down to 3000m(9000 feet).
Our solutions :
Non intrusive Temperature Sensors. These temperature measurement solutions are proposed with the modelling of flows and integration on line of thermal transfer functions with several configurations (Steady State or Cool Down) and various phases (Oil or Gaz). This solution makes available in real time the most complete and valuable information needed to select control temperature distribution in production lines and to selctpreventive measures in the case of production shutdown.

Slug Detection Systems :
- V1 : Slug detection, with Volume and Speed measurement – Control of separators
- V2 : In line Liquid/Gaz ratio measurement – Control of multiphase pump (Refer to SDS data sheet)

All our solutions can be integrated in a global field monitoring system in order to be managed from one single point. That way all data are treated, analyzed and diffused in network at surface unit. We carry out the maintenance of our systems as well as the management of the data - (80 points of measurement are already deployed on GIRASSOL and ROSA)
Advantages of the non intrusive sensors: The non-intrusive characteristic of our sensors avoid constituting cold points which could deteriorate the performances of insulation of the lines, as of the disturbances of flow which would come to reduce the load in critical points and to thus lead to the formation of deposits or hydrate plug. Lastly, this characteristic allows preserving the integrity of the lines and the perenniality of the sensors which are not subjected any more to the physical and chemical constraints of the effluents. Thus, we limit the drift and reduce in a considerable way the risks of breakdown.
