Cybernetix Oil&Gas proposes global turnkey solutions for monitoring of UFLs as well as offshore structures in order to answer problems of Flow Assurance, Integrity Monitoring and Safety. We offer complete services including Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of all our systems (EPICOM).
Cybernetix Oil&Gas developed a broad range of sensors specifically qualified for particular fields:
Flow Assurance purposes: Non-intrusive measuring systems, for pressure and temperature measurement (DIPE Clamp) as well as detection and measurement of deposit (PIPENIDDS) and Slug (SDS).
Integrity Monitoring purposes: Load and attitude measuring systems allowing calculation of fatigue of structures, but also monitoring of their behaviour in order to alert in real time of any anomaly. At the same time it improve the theoretical models by re-injection of data taken in situ.
Safety and Security purposes: Leak and impact detection (PIPELIDS) based on acoustic solutions enhanced by an open and modular architecture.
We study and develop information networks adapted to specific field architecture, and construction constrains (Stand alone, real time, wireless solutions). These networks are managed starting from a unique software platform dedicated to the control of global monitoring system, as well as data post treatment, measurement analysis and multi-threshold alarm transmission.
The software integrates innovating functions with strong added value to data such as heat transfer models, fatigue analyses, distributed constraint assessment ….
