Scientific projects
CYBERNETIX is very active on major nuclear scientific projects. These projects deal with topics for which the innovation of our technical team can be expressed.Flagship project of CEA DAM, the Laser Mega Joule (LMJ) is the perfect illustration of this innovation capacity. First time in the world, our engineers have developed a manipulator arm for testing room maintenance and decontamination. With a total reach of 17 m, 8 freedom degrees and 50 kg payload capacity, this equipment is a concrete example of this expertise.
CYBERNETIX also looks to the future with the ITER thermonuclear fusion. Several study contracts with various agencies allow CYBERNETIX to extend its expertise in Remote Handling and build on its past experience on JET.
Considered as a world leader about robotics in hostile environments, CYBERNETIX must accompany those projects characterized by technical complexity and international issues.
