Client support

Technical and operational support with our equipment

Cybernetix provides client support on our equipment commissioning , operators training as well as any support during operation and system maintenance. Depending on the type of operation and material, Cybernetix is able to provide remote assistance or send qualified technicians on-site.

Our training programmes are developed according to the project specificities and the profile of collaborators to be trained. Cybernetix possesses all the necessary approvals to deliver trainings.

Through specific contracts (Maintien en Conditions Opérationnelles), Cybernetix can also provide data processing by transmitting reportings and security alerts to operators or operational recommendations.

Our Client Support department can also manage stocks and provide spare parts, for some products.
