Teleoperated manipulator arm with force feedback
Maestro is a system designed to perform unmanned area operations. It is the result of collaboration with the French Nuclear Company, CEA (Commissariat à l’Energie Atomique) since 1996.
Made of titanium, the Maestro system is suitable for hostile environment such as hot cells and can be used for dismantling, cleaning, carrying out maintenance and inspection operations. It is also very efficient in post-accident interventions.
This robotic arm is monitored by CyXpro®, in-house software.
The Maestro can be used in automatic version or in teleoperated mode with or with Force Feed Back. Different tools can be fixed according to the needs (saw, camera, radiation measurement sensors etc.) and it is adaptable to various carriers.
